If you are having any problems using either Telix for Windows or Telix for DOS, please send as much information about the problem as you can. This will help us to help you. Please include the product version, the version number of the operating system you are using, a brief list of your hardware (CPU, video card, and complete modem information).

Beta Test Reports
If you are Wide Beta testing Telix, please send reports to this address.

FTP
deltaComm also has an FTP server that contains shareware versions of Telix products, communications utilities and Apogee games. You can reach our server at ftp://ftp.telix.com.
